  • AttentionIT provides tools designed to cater to the particular demands of the environmental waste management industry. These tools allow companies more efficient ways to increase productivity. AttentionIT’s extensive knowledge and experience with this industry allows us to provide our customers with new and innovative solutions concerning database operations, document control, and training with support from our help desk technicians. 

    Host and Manage Software Applications  
     
    AttentionIT gives companies the option to operate their eMWaste® application on our file servers, a courtesy that we believe sets us apart from the competition. Our servers are in a biometrically secure facility in Charlotte, NC, sitting on the backbone of the internet, offering upload and download speeds of six and seven megabytes. 
    The eMWaste® application was developed and operates on an Oracle® platform. Databases that operate on platforms require database administration. When customers choose our server farm to host their eMWaste® application, our database administrators (DBAs) ensure that daily operations of the database run smoothly. This reduces client overhead, providing an added value for our customers.

     
    In addition to our eMWaste® software, we can host other client applications from the facility as well.

    Document Control – Oftentimes, our customers need software to store the vast amount of documents that accompany continual changes in data. AttentionIT’s integrated Document Control capability makes such document storage possible.  All modifications to data are reported and stored, creating a risk-free, error-free system in eMWaste®.  

    Training - This module provides notification of the proper training needed for a hazardous, radioactive, or mixed waste handler prior to performing their job. This feature also alerts individuals when they need to be retrained, and checks if an individual's training records are up-to-date when they select to perform a task in eMWaste®.

    Help Desk – To remedy questions and quickly give answers, support is provided under a Service and Support Contract. AttentionIT has highly trained Help Desk Specialists on hand to assist our customers whenever they need help trouble-shooting or may have questions concerning the usage of our services and products.
