Our Service and Support contracts are provided with each sale of an Attention IT software offering or suite.  We strive to meet and exceed our customers expectations daily.  Willingness to provide the best service in a timely fashion is one of the credits to our success in this business.

Sometimes customers will ask us to provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA).  These agreements cover the response time for action provided to our customers as well as escalation levels for issues/resolutions, and any other points of concern that a customer may have.  Most SLAs are customized and suit the customers expectations.  Upon completion these agreements are signed by both Attention IT and the customer prior to implementation of the customer’s eMWaste® suite.
