Record Contracts, Price Your Services, and Invoice Your Customers Based on ContractsEnvironmental Waste Contract Management

The eMWaste® Contract Management suite works in concert with the eMWaste® Primary. If you are a Processor or Disposition site that needs to record the all the details associated with a contract with a  client, this suite is for you.  This software records the contract number, contacts, profiles approved under the contract, billing company, generating company, PO numbers, service agreement, effective and expiration dates, period of performance, contract numbers, and task orders.

Sub-menus in the same screen record the financial agreement with the client including percentage and time of payments, billing/generator contacts, products/service pricing (by profile), scope of service, waste acceptance comments, comments and instructions, and provides for the development of sub-contractors performing the processing work.

The Pricing portion of the suite was designed to build a final price structure based on service criteria, service type, and the primary service category that the process rolls up to. Place as many service criteria entries as needed to any profile.

In addition, you will decide the Invoicing Class that each individual price applies to. The three posted Classes are Processing Treatment, One Time Charges, and Reoccurring. From that point on any time you select one of the defined Service Criteria in the process, your price for the criteria is automatically posted on an invoice.

The Invoice portion completes the suite combination with Contracts and Service Pricing. The information recorded in the Contracts Database combined with the Service Pricing for each specific criteria blend with the Invoice to yield a complete Invoice listing of all the job functions your company performed for the client while processing or disposing their waste/material.

Some of the features contained in this module include:

  • Create invoices based on established invoicing criteria
  • Print invoices electronically and e-mail them to clients
  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capabilities available on a consulting basis to match required electronic data format
