Broker (Hosted) Solutions
Brokers share the responsibility with waste producers to properly handle and dispose waste. Their activities range throughout the scope of the waste process. They make arrangements for the transportation, treatment, storage, and disposal of waste. Brokers are liable for whatever happens along the process. They must conform to all waste regulations including, manifests, certifications, reports, and documentations.
eMWaste® offers Generation, Disposition, Log Sheet, Mixed Waste Material, Processing, and Shipment databases to assist Brokers. Reporting, Generator, Reference Information, and Security are also additional databases that go to our Broker market. We also customize programming to fit the individual needs of each broker.
Dispatch & Equipment Suite
This market transports waste from one place to another by road, rail, air, or sea. Waste is picked up from a generator and taken to a treatment, storage, or disposal center. Transporters have the responsibility to move waste safely and legally. They are required to adhere to certain legal requirements such as, manifests, proper documentation, reports, and permits.
For transporters we offer an Equipment database and a Dispatch database. We understand the importance of equipment maintenance, scheduling, training, records, and many other duties. This component of our software is designed to minimize your liabilities and maximize your resources.
Disposition and Logistics Monitoring Suite
Burial is disposing waste into or on land. These are specially designed facilities made to permanently store waste to protect our world and minimize the risk of hazardous leaks into the environment. Different disposal methods are used; however a landfill is the most popular method.
The Disposition Database is a component in eMWaste® developed for the efficient management of Landfills which includes the functionality to manage all disposition profiling, receipts, landfill disposal and certificate of disposition. This database covers all other operation functions as well. For example, monitoring live transport and receipt information with RFID tagging, and recording X, Y, or Z coordinates for landfill transactions.
Management Dashboard, Shipment Planning and Scheduling, and Task Orders Suite
The Management Dashboard was designed to work in concert with the eMWaste® Management and Tracking Software. Imagine being able to locate containers for a single project, across multiple projects within a single site, or across multiple projects with many sites. With this module you can achieve total Inventory Control. Know where every inventoried item is within your site or project.
The Dashboard provides many ways to query your locations or containers. Enter your search criteria and automatically the screen begins to populate with all of the container information that is loaded in the eMWaste® system. Search criteria include Task Order, Pickup Request, Profile, Waste Stream, or query your containers by location.
In the Shipment Planning and Scheduling Module, information viewed buy the user lets them know when the shipment is scheduled to ship, when it will arrive at the disposition site, when it actually departed or arrived, the Shipper Name, Disposition Site, how many containers are on the shipment, their gross weight, and much more including information about the vehicle caring the cargo.
This module was designed to assist with the integrated functions that take place within any organization however; this module is geared toward improving the workflow for waste management activities. The Task Orders module works as an add-in module to eMWaste. When containers or waste material is generated several process are performed to move the container or material to shipping and off-site.
Many processes are conducted transparent to the immediate waste generation. For instance budgeting must be conducted to determine if funds are available to ship the waste/material. Storage facilities must make room for the waste/material, and transportation services must be notified of the shipment. These are just a few of the process that can be entered into the Task Orders section which issues email notifications and tracks accomplishments concerning task related to the safe and efficient process of generating waste/material at a D&D site or plant site.
Contracts, Pricing, and Invoicing Suite
This management tool gives the user one central screen to manage all the contracts for their processing site. Used with the Service Pricing module and the Invoicing module, you can record cost associated with a process related to a specific client and produce an itemized bill for every process that you perform for the client.
Service Pricing was developed to provide a customer with the capability to create a pricing matrix based on a single profile for each of their customers. Our clients simply enter a Profile number and description, combined with and effective date for the profile and begin developing their pricing matrix for the client in question.
The Invoice Module completes the Suite with Contracts and Service Pricing. The information recorded in the Contracts Database combined with the Service Pricing for each specific criteria blend with the Invoice Module to yield a complete Invoice listing all the services your company performed for the client while processing their waste/material.
Document Control and Training Suite
The Document Control Database works hand in hand with the Training Database to store Required Reading material for employee training. Place a document in the database and distribute notifications so others might review the document. Place time requirements on the review of documents and issue reminders and overdue notices. Create a Matrix for document distribution and be sure that everyone receives the documents they need to perform their job.
The Training Module records the training that individuals are required to take and maintains a historic record with due dates and requirements associated with their job functions. Track the training for all your employees utilizing this simple integrated module.
Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
This is an eMWaste® database used for onsite and offsite laboratories. Lab analysis results are recorded and connected with containers. Barcodes are used to track and record the passage or failure of a sample.
